I have continually made life hell for a man who used and then dumped me unceremoniously over five years ago.
It's nothing physical - he lives in another state now - but he's been fired because his employers have received notes from me, his flight arrangements are often cancelled, complaints made to his landlord, his electricity mysteriously turned off.
Reading this card, I have decided to stop, because it made me realize that by not letting go, the only one I'm really torturing is myself.
